Bradley Creative Group, LLC, d/b/a SNKRS N FTDS — FTDS App

Last Updated: July 30, 2026

1. Introduction

Bradley Creative Group, LLC, d/b/a SNKRS N FTDS ("FTDS," "we," "us," or "our") operates the FTDS mobile and web application (the "App"), a personal fitted cap collection catalog. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use the App.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you choose password-based login, a securely hashed password. We do not collect information via third-party social login (Google OAuth is not used).

2.2 Profile Information

You may voluntarily provide: name, birthday, social media handle, general location (free text, not precise geolocation), default hat size, preferred silhouette, and a profile photo.

2.3 Collection Data

Information about the items in your personal cap collection, including team, silhouette, size, colors, condition, store of purchase, notes, alias, pack name, release year, and photographs you upload (front, side, back, and UV images).

2.4 Social Activity Data

If you use the App's social features, we collect the follow relationships you create, the accounts you like, and your visibility/privacy settings (public or private profile, follow-approval status). This data is used to operate the follow and like features and is visible to other users only consistent with your chosen privacy settings.

2.5 Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we collect the content of your message and the app screen/route you were viewing at the time of submission, to help us resolve your issue.

2.6 Usage & Analytics Data

We use PostHog, a third-party analytics provider, to understand how the App is used. This includes specific in-app actions (such as adding a cap, completing a bulk import, viewing a cap detail page, following or liking, toggling a wishlist item, and submitting a support ticket or custom logo/patch request) and general page-navigation activity. PostHog may also automatically collect technical information such as browser type, operating system, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.

2.7 Payment Information (Future)

If and when subscription features launch, payment processing will be handled entirely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. FTDS does not directly collect, store, or process your payment card information.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and maintain your account
  • To operate core App functionality (cataloging your collection, displaying your photos, AI-assisted pre-fill of cap details)
  • To operate the follow and like features, and display your content and activity to other users consistent with your chosen visibility settings
  • To provide customer support
  • To monitor, maintain, and improve the App
  • To communicate with you about your account or changes to our terms and policies
  • To process payments, once subscription features are available
  • To create anonymized or aggregated data (for example, statistics about which teams or patches are most commonly cataloged) for product improvement and marketing purposes

4. Legal Basis for Processing (Users in the EEA, UK, and Similar Jurisdictions)

Where applicable data protection law requires it, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to provide the App and its features to you as an account holder
  • Consent — for optional marketing communications and certain analytics
  • Legitimate interests — to maintain and improve the App, prevent fraud, and ensure security

You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU/UK Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers of your information to the United States.

5. Photos and Content You Upload

You retain ownership of all photographs and content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant FTDS a limited, perpetual, irrevocable license to store, display, process, and use that content solely to operate and improve the App, including for AI-assisted cataloging features and any collection-sharing or social features you choose to enable.

You also grant FTDS the right to use anonymized or aggregated data derived from your collection (which does not identify you individually) for product development and marketing purposes.

6. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Other users, to the extent you make content public or visible to followers, consistent with your chosen privacy settings
  • Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and file storage
  • PostHog — product analytics (hosted in the United States)
  • Lovable (native email service) — transactional email delivery, including support notifications
  • Stripe (future) — payment processing for paid subscriptions

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

7. International Data Transfers

The App is not geographically restricted, and our service providers may store or process data in the United States or other countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on our processors' own compliance mechanisms (such as standard contractual clauses, where applicable) to protect your information.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account and collection data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your directly identifying personal information (such as your name, email, and login credentials) within a reasonable period.

Photographs you uploaded and the item-level data associated with them (such as date of purchase, store of purchase, team, colors, and condition) may be retained in our database in anonymized form after account deletion — meaning this information is disassociated from you personally and cannot reasonably be used to re-identify you — for purposes such as aggregate product statistics and improving the App. If you do not want your photos or item-level data retained even in anonymized form, contact us at privacy@ftdsapp.com and we will evaluate the request.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@ftdsapp.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; to access, correct, or delete your information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, no opt-out of sale or sharing is necessary. To exercise your rights, email privacy@ftdsapp.com; we will verify your identity before responding.

Do Not Track: because there is no common industry standard for responding to "Do Not Track" browser signals, our App does not currently respond to them. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking.

11. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Texas) have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ftdsapp.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

12. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including authentication safeguards, row-level security policies restricting data access to its owner, and server-side enforcement of access rules. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Children's Privacy and Age Requirement

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a user under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

14. Community Guidelines

Our Community Guidelines, incorporated by reference into these policies, describe how we moderate content and conduct on the App, including for the follow and like features currently live in the App, and any future features such as messaging.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
